Inherent to this senior officer qualification is a deep understanding of the Intelligence enterprise and a shared commitment to the IC's core values. Technical Qualification - Mandatory Demonstrated ability to perform and lead advanced analysis of emerging and future foreign military approaches to war, capabilities and technologies to identify threats and opportunities in support of the Futures and Concepts Command in Concept Development, Wargaming, and Experimentation.

Demonstrated ability to present complex analysis coherently to senior military and civilian decision makers and to apply those skills and analytic expertise across the command. JOINT DUTY ASSIGNMENT SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates for this position will be reviewed for receipt of joint duty credit. You must provide evidence of having obtained joint duty credit by submitting a previously approved Joint Duty Claim Form(s) or by requesting approval of a joint duty claim by submitting the Joint Duty Claim Form with supporting documentation.
