About this role

Supporting and optimizing supply chain operations, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain will gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement them in production while collaborating across various teams to drive operational efficiency and reporting. Key responsibilities Collaborate with IT and business areas to ensure ERP systems are properly configured and maintained Prepare functional specifications for Oracle Developers by analyzing information and trends Analyze supply chain performance metrics and develop dashboards to support business decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, data analytics, or a related field At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle Cloud SCM and Cost Management Proven track record of 1-2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations Strong background in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud, including Inventory, Procurement, and Accounting modules Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
