About this role

Leading the strategic development and negotiation of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, the full-time Senior Contracts Manager will manage complex contract negotiations, optimize commercial terms, and ensure robust contract governance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead complex EPC contract negotiations, managing commercial terms, scope, and pricing to mitigate risks Develop and implement comprehensive contract governance frameworks to ensure compliance and optimal positioning across projects Drive strategic initiatives for contract lifecycle management, focusing on efficiency and value enhancement Required qualifications Minimum of six years' experience in contract negotiation and management, preferably in the solar or construction industry Experience with complex engineering, construction, and procurement contracts Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; law degree is a plus Familiarity with project or contract management software such as Procore or Malbek Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
