📋 Description Senior Director overseeing Alt Cred, advising on revenue-generating contracts and partnerships for Lead global contracting, deal desk, and negotiations with minimal supervision. Provide strategic legal counsel to product, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Balance business objectives with legal/compliance requirements across contracts and product lines. Develop scalable policies, playbooks, and training for legal and business teams.

Advise on data privacy, OFAC/SDN, and risk management related to enterprise deals. 🎯 Requirements JD or LLB with active bar membership; 8+ years of relevant legal experience. Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage high-volume contracts and non-standard deals. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience advising Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing on legal risk and business strategy.
