About this role

You may qualify for the GS-14 grade level, if you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector, or the equivalent in the private sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position your specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing or advising on executive resources programs (e.g., SES/SL performance, pay, awards, or appointments).

Providing guidance on complex employee performance or conduct issues. Developing or interpreting HR policies, procedures, or guidance.- Leading or supporting HR programs or cross-functional initiatives. Analyzing workforce data and preparing reports or responding to data calls. Evidence of the above specialized experience must be supported by detailed documentation of duties performed in positions held. To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority of this vacancy, you must earn a minimum score of 85 (prior to the assignment of veteran's preference) on the rating criteria for this position. VETERANS PREFERENCE: If claiming 5-point veteran preference you MUST submit copy number 4 of the DD-214.
