Senior Internal Communications & Campaign Specialist - Remote
About this role
We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Specialist who can quickly turn communication needs into concrete, engaging deliverables and take full ownership from idea through execution. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a strategic advisory or pure copywriting position. We need someone who has previously owned and delivered communication campaigns, can work independently from day one, and is comfortable operating at pace.
Who We’re Looking For The ideal consultant is: Senior and self-sufficient – able to take ownership and deliver with limited guidance from day one. Highly execution-focused – a hands-on senior communicator who drives activities through to completion rather than only developing strategies or recommendations. Comfortable working at pace – able to deliver effectively during an intensive September–November timeline. Experienced across multiple communication formats – including short-form video, testimonials, SharePoint content, newsletters, email communications and Teams channels.
Strong in stakeholder coordination – comfortable gathering input and testimonials, coordinating with vendors and other communication resources, and ensuring alignment with central communication guidelines. Pragmatic and delivery-minded – focused on getting high-quality communication out to the target audience without unnecessary delays. Experienced in campaign and behaviour-change communication – with a track record of driving engagement and action, rather than only publishing informational updates.
Experience from a technology organization is considered an advantage. Scope of Work 1. Development Plan Campaign – Q4 2026 The consultant will support and drive communication activities for the Development Plan Campaign, including: Developing and maintaining communication materials and content for SharePoint, Tech Buzz and Tech Academy email communications.
