Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Reviewing, interpreting and providing commentary on policies and programs; 2) Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating reports, written correspondence, and program proposals; and 3) Formulating, executing and maintaining budget allocations. -OR- You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess the following: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the federal service.

Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Analyzing and developing policies and programs; 2) Representing the organization on internal and external initiatives; and 3) Facilitating effective stewardship of resources. All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. Note: Current DHS Federal employees MUST submit a copy of their SF-50 Form which shows a permanent appointment ("position occupied" block 34 on the SF-50 should show a "1" or "2"), tenure group (block 24 should show a "1" or "2"), grade, and salary.
