About this role

Mission Brief As part of the Quality team, the primary purpose of the role is to manage quality control activities and to work with production team to maintain product quality by enforcing quality management policies, procedures and instructions and implement new approaches . Your Role in Our Space Mission Monitor the entire assembly , integration and testing cycle of propulsion (sub-) assemblies , plan and execute quality control activities, evaluate nonconformities, and specify corrective and preventive actions to solve the problems Conduct quality checks for ongoing works with site inspections on a regular basis and ensure that technical standards are always met Oversee the assembly , testing and engineering processes by ensuring the proper use of tools, materials and procedures and determine quality metrics Understand test requirements and propose solutions to resolve issues Support testing of subsystems from Quality side Create quality and safety documentation Plan and organize regular product inspections as well as manage internal audits Prepare quality control plans in accordance with company plans and review the documentation Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the <span class="NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW161651804
