About this role

📋 Description Onboard customers to Fastly Security Products. Architect, implement, and maintain secure Next-Gen WAF solutions across deployment models. Provide guidance on features, health checks, and performance tuning. Create and present training materials for customers and internal teams. Assist with pre-sales activities and PoC work. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in Solutions/Engineering or similar customer-facing tech role.

Experience delivering advanced web/security solutions for enterprise customers (3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of web app security (OWASP Top 10, DDoS, rate limiting). Deep understanding of HTTP and TLS; familiarity with troubleshooting tools (curl, dig, tcpdump). Experience with project management: requirements, design, documentation, delivery.
