About this role

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Applying Federal Credit Reform Act (FCRA) accounting principles, federal credit program accounting, or comparable loan accounting methodologies to record loan transactions and calculate subsidy costs; AND - Interpreting and implementing Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) standards in the preparation, analysis, or review of federal financial statements; AND - Integrating FCRA accounting, federal credit program accounting, or comparable loan accounting with broader financial reporting, including reconciling credit program activity to agency financial statements, supporting audit readiness, and resolving accounting discrepancies or audit findings.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
