📋 Description Lead the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Benefits and Mobility Drive the implementation of global benefit programs, including health and welfare benefits Perform in-depth analysis of existing benefit programs and initiatives; recommend changes based on Lead the implementation of benefit renewals, implementations, vendor transitions and other Implement Hootsuite's Global Mobility Programs (permanent relocation, short and long term Collaborate with business leaders, People Partners and external stakeholders to deliver mobility 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination Bonus Points: CEBS designation, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant or working towards it Advanced level of expertise in global benefits and regulatory compliance Understanding of global mobility concepts, policies and processes Excellent communication skills and ability to translate and present complex solutions and concepts Basic knowledge in immigration, tax, relocation and social security policies and procedures 🎁 Benefits $78,400 — $109,800 CAD per year
