Job Title : Senior UX Designer Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid) Reports to: Manager, User Interface Design A quick snapshot … Senior UX Designers at Conga sit at the intersection of UX craft, strategic research, and systems thinking.

This is a senior role with end-to-end ownership across complex enterprise product areas, from early problem framing and user research through interaction design, delivery, and iteration. The strongest candidates bring a holistic point of view. They understand how users work, how systems are built, and how good design decisions compound over time into products people actually trust. They engage with business context, not just feature specs.

They know how to frame a problem, facilitate alignment across disciplines, and hold a high bar for craft without losing sight of what ships. Why it’s a big deal… Conga's products are used by enterprise teams to manage some of the most consequential workflows in their business: contracts, pricing, revenue operations. When the experience is confusing, deals stall and teams lose trust in the tools. When it's clear and well-considered, it compounds.
