About the Role: The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers at the Lucid Service Center.
This customer-facing role is critical in ensuring an exceptional service experience by coordinating repair processes, communicating clearly with clients, and supporting the technical team. The Service Advisor acts as a trusted consultant, helping clients understand their vehicle’s needs and guiding them confidently through each step of the service journey. Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
They should possess strong organisational abilities and be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that combines premium service with advanced EV technology. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner, creating a premium experience from the first interaction Accurately identify and document customer concerns via interview and vehicle walk-around Clearly explain service options, timing, and cost estimates Consult with technicians when necessary to determine appropriate repair actions Monitor service progress and keep customers informed throughout Serve as the final quality check and deliver completed vehicles back to customers Handle invoicing, payments, and redelivery in a clear and professional manner Answer phone inquiries, book service appointments, and perform basic follow-up tasks Ensure compliance with Lucid’s high standards in documentation, communication, and service procedures Build rapport with clients to promote trust and long-term satisfaction Collaborate effectively with other team members (technicians, parts, management) Show a passion for sustainable mobility and the future of electric vehicles Required Qualifications: Completed upper secondary education ( Videregående skole ) Relevant vocational t
