About this role

ServiceNow ITOM Architect Spyrosoft Daily tasks: - Own end-to-end architecture and solution design within the ServiceNow platform - Lead ITOM initiatives including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB - Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models - Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives - Guide development teams and perform architectural reviews - Ensure performance, scalability, and security of solutions - Support pre-sales activities when required (estimations, solution proposals) Musts: ServiceNow, CTA, Cloud, ITOM Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules : Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB & CSDM Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems Ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Language Requirements English level: C1 (advanced / fluent) – mandatory (ability to work with international clients & teams) Nice to Have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / CIS-ITOM / CTA Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of ITIL / Agile frameworks Pre-sales / client-facing experience German language We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
