Individual Occupational Requirements Basic Requirements: Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.

In addition to the basic requirements: GS-11:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience may include some of the following: 1) Providing sexual assault advocacy services; 2) Developing and implementing crisis plan of actions and sexual assault assistance plans; 3) Assisting with developing and coordinating command SAPR prevention and awareness campaigns or events; and 4) Conducting education and training sexual assault workshops/seminars.
