SHORE INFRASTRUCTURE READINESS MANAGER
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading a team in the analysis, assessment, and strategic planning of shore requirements to support military operations. This includes developing long-range investment strategies, assessing existing shore capabilities, and aligning portfolio plans with force structure and strategic laydown.
Experience managing a portfolio of major shore investments (e.g., MILCON, SRM, BOS) by creating or using data-analytics and risk assessments to prioritize resources and inform investment decisions. Experience defending and advocating resource requirements and investment strategies mitigate operational risk for shore readiness initiatives at the enterprise level. Experience providing subject matter expertise and communicating risk-based recommendations to senior executive leaders (military Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service, or equivalent) on complex, sensitive, or controversial shore issues.
Experience providing direct supervisory duties such as assigning work, developing performance standards, and managing a multi-disciplinary team of technical or program management professionals.
