Inherent to this senior officer qualification is a deep understanding of the Intelligence enterprise and a shared commitment to the IC's core values. Technical Qualification - Mandatory Must possess and demonstrate performing and articulating advanced analysis of current and near-term foreign military approaches to war, capabilities and technologies to identify threats and opportunities in support of the Combined Arms Command in Doctrine, Training, Education and Leader Development (DTELD).

Demonstrated ability to present complex analysis coherently to senior military and civilian decision makers and to apply those skills and analytic expertise across the command. JOINT DUTY ASSIGNMENT SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates for this position will be reviewed for receipt of joint duty credit. You must provide evidence of having obtained joint duty credit by submitting a previously approved Joint Duty Claim Form(s) or by requesting approval of a joint duty claim by submitting the Joint Duty Claim Form with supporting documentation.
