About this role

📋 Description Own HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) configuration, security roles, workflows, and system health. Translate business needs into end-to-end system solutions within the PODS tech ecosystem. Lead product releases and enhancements for ADP and related HR platforms, promoting automation. Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, finance, and core HR tools; monitor and troubleshoot Oversee data governance, quality, audits, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide operational support for daily system needs and cyclical processes, building runbooks and 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations. Deep ADP Workforce Now expertise: workflows, reports, security, and integrations. Proven ability to design end-to-end business processes from requirements to launch. Experience with process automation and AI-assisted tooling; measurable automation outcomes.

Strong data management, governance, and reporting capabilities; SOX/compliance experience.
