What you will be doing Own ambiguous, loosely scoped design problems end to end across multiple concurrent projects with minimal direction. Serve as the primary design point of contact on engagements: shaping UX heavily at kickoff, then transitioning ownership to the project team as the work matures.

Define interaction patterns for agent-driven experiences, including how users interact with agents, how responses are structured, how follow-on actions chain, and how errors surface consistently across deployments. Leverage and extend our design system and component library, strengthening the patterns that PMs and engineers compose from every day. Establish design prototypes with Product Managers in Figma, Claude, or code that set the design framework a project team inherits.

Lead UX reviews of features, agent responses, generated UI, and layouts ensuring a high quality output before shipping. Use workflows, journey maps, and service mapping to ground your rationale and bring cross-functional partners along. Help shape scope, timelines, and cross-functional alignment with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success. Mentor less experienced designers and raise the standard of critique.
