About this role

To support a growing product team, the full-time Staff Product Designer will design end-to-end user experiences for tools that enhance Chartis' consulting efforts, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design products and features from initial concept through launch, focusing on user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows Contribute to and maintain a design system that evolves with product needs, ensuring quality and consistency across multiple platforms Drive product strategy by clarifying user needs and influencing roadmap decisions based on research and design rationale Required qualifications 7+ years of product design experience, particularly in complex domains such as enterprise software or healthcare Strong portfolio demonstrating high visual and interaction craft with measurable outcomes from previous projects Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features and familiarity with AI tools in the design workflow Experience building and contributing to design systems, including documentation for scalable components Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing in fast-paced environments
