The GS-14 salary range starts at USD 143,913 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Specialized experience involves serving as a program manager and/or policy advisor to guide the development, coordination, and implementation of policies and plans supporting an organization's mission and responsibilities.

Experience includes executing high level programs and initiatives using policy program management principles, methods, formats, doctrines, and standard practices.
