📋 Description Join Marketplace Operations to launch and scale high-quality fulfillment for customers. Own shift fulfillment targets and ensure high-quality delivery (fill rate). Use data-driven tactics: onboarding campaigns, analytics, and incentives to hit targets. Build day-to-day Marketplace execution for major launches as programs scale. Identify risks, triage issues, and drive cross-functional resolution. Develop repeatable processes and tooling to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements 1-3 years in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or similar fast-paced roles. Strong SQL or technical fluency; able to translate data into action. High ownership mindset with ability to drive outcomes. Highly organized, analytical, and able to work across multiple workstreams. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
