Review HR metrics, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven recommendations for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. Prepare summaries, reports or progress updates. Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Preferred qualifications not required: Students majoring in human resources, human capital, business administration, organizational leadership or related field.
