About this role

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-J (FG/GS-14) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes: Experience leading a training team; experience identifying skills and skill deficiencies; experience developing and implementing action plans; experience as an On the Job trainer; experience accurately documenting the results of meetings and discussions.

AND Quality Ranking Factor (QRF): Well-qualified applicants for this position will have experience as a CPC (or higher in the AT Pay Plan) in professional air traffic control functions in a Tower Option Field Facility.
