About this role

NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as providing advice and guidance on organizational financial and budgetary actions; exercising program responsibility for the execution, formulation, justification, and direction of a program's budget; developing, recommending, and implementing budgetary guidance and procedures; and leading projects or teams, including setting priorities, and providing feedback on work assignments.

You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Attention to Detail Decision Making Financial Management and Analysis Financial Systems* Conflict Management Coaching and Developing Others Interpersonal Skills Leadership* Negotiation Oral Communication Problem Solving Principles of Accounting* Written Communication *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
