About this role

GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. One year of specialized experience refers to full-time work; we consider a part-time job on a prorated basis. Examples of qualifying specialized experience at the next lower level for this position includes: (1) Experience performing administrative and analytical duties in budget formulation, justification, allocation, execution and presentation for an organization and (2) Developing budget/financial plans, policies, guidance and procedures; overseeing, analysis and interpreting of budget/financial plans; policies, rules, and regulations in order to ensure allocation and execution of funds are within compliance with appropriations laws, and organizational mission.

Time in Grade Requirement: Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date. This means that you must have served at least 52 weeks at the next grade level (or equivalent) below the grade advertised on this vacancy announcement. ICTAP/CTAP: If you are requesting special employment consideration under the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP) or CTAP, you must provide eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
