About this role

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing pre-award and post-award contracting functions relating to the planning, development, advertisement, award and administration of contracts; Advising on matters of procurement, policy and best practices to senior level officials, military and/or civilian personnel, including DoD, DON and other Federal Agencies and senior industry management officials; Developing directives, instructions and guidelines to establish internal policies and procedures concerning execution and administration for field contracting personnel; and Providing administrative and technical supervision of subordinate personnel and recommend delegation of administrative and contract authority to subordinate supervisors, officers and field offices.
