To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.

Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by leading teams through all phases, including defining strategic objectives based on operational framework, collaborating with technical subject matter experts to design operationally realistic scenarios, and utilizing operational planning processes to integrate exercises with broader operational plans; leading and facilitating cyberspace exercises and wargames including directing and training facilitators including conducting real-time analysis during execution to validate and evaluate existing or prototype tactics, techniques, and procedures; organizing post-wargame review sessions to identify unanticipated cyber issues and their impact on operations; and evaluating training audience performance, analyzing player actions, and developing comprehensive reports or lessons-learned documentation to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for refining cyberspace program strategies.
