About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in developing and/or recommending changes in funding and budget plans that may require revisions to substantive programs. Experience in formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities.

Experience in developing, and interpreting budgetary policies and practices, resolving critical problems, and developing new theories concerning budget, Experience in leading, supervising, motivating and counseling employees. Experience in analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations. Experience in executing the theory, principles, concepts and practices of accounting, budget management and Navy financial programs.
