About this role

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering principles, theories, concepts, and practices.

* Experience with engineering/architectural concepts, terminology, and units of measurement. * Experience managing and completing the process of industrial ship repair. * Experience developing, managing, executing, and administering annual budgets. * Experience working with metrics, performance indicators, and statistical process control.
