Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert knowledge of systems engineering principles and extensive experience leading complex defense acquisition programs across multiple technical domains.

Communication with stakeholders, supervising technical teams, and delivering mission-critical engineering solutions.
