About this role

Specialized Experience for the GS-14 you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:Providing financial, technical or policy analysis related to marketable securities, or the underlying systems used for the issuance of Treasury securities. Such experience could include: Analyzing and developing solutions to enhance organizational, process, and operational efficiencies dealing with financial operations, OR Coordinating, leading, and prioritizing work for subordinate employees or a project team dealing with financial operations; OR Experience, in writing and in person, presenting technical findings to varied audiences, exchanging ideas, defending rationale, presenting recommendations, and negotiating solutions to sensitive issues related to financing and commercial book-entry matters.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks..
