About this role

You may qualify for the Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, at the GS-14 level, if you meet the following qualification requirements: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: overseeing advisory services on all matters pertaining payroll processing and leave policy; establishing and implementing guidance on changes to HR Information Systems used for payroll processing; providing technical guidance on federal policies and procedures as they pertain to leave policy and telework programs; analyzing federal guidance and regulations to provide guidance on unique and complex questions regarding employee pay and leave; providing informational briefings on organizational telework, work schedule and leave options.

You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
