About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing comprehensive and strategic recruitment and placement services for hard-to-fill positions applying Federal, Department of War, Department of the Navy Human Resources (HR) concepts, principles, laws and regulations; advising on classification and position management issues; demonstrating the ability to independently and effectively prioritize workload among competing priorities; serving as a lead or mentor to junior or developmental staff; and developing data-driven or innovative solutions to resolve bottlenecks or address complex issues.
