About this role

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements: Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this position. Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled.

Some examples of this qualifying experience are: Experience at supervising a group of personnel, evaluating their work performance, identifying training needs, and resolving employee complaints issues in work related setting. Experience at using SAP database to generate reports to include work load reports and open quality notifications, using Microsoft to generate reports/documents in excel and word. Knowledgeable regarding the UNICOR Office Furniture Group product lines as well as factory industrial operations and product lines.

Experience at reviewing operational procedures, BOP Program Statement and other directives. If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience.
