MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required basic requirement and specialized experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying: Basic Requirement: You must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the competencies listed below: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.

Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for the GS-14, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1.

Applying Marketplace eXchange Operations Center (XOC) policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and monitoring tools to support the operational readiness and day-to-day monitoring of Federal Marketplace IT systems; AND 2. Understanding and applying the CMS Technical Reference Architecture (TRA) to guide the design, development, or assessment of IT systems and solutions; AND 3. Applying advanced IT principles, concepts, and methodologies to develop, review, or update technical standards, policies, and procedures; AND 4.

Troubleshooting technical issues across IT systems or network operations to lead problem management activities. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Time-in-Grade: To be eligible, current Federal employees must have served at least 52 weeks (one year) at the next lower grade level from the position/grade level(s) to which they are applying.
