About this role

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on learning theories, principles, methods and instructional techniques; 2) Developing solutions to instructional program issues; 3) Developing curriculum in accordance with learning objectives; and 4) Evaluating instructional programs for effectiveness and efficiency for subject area.

My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction.
