To be considered as a Group II applicant, proof of appointment/enlistment in the Virginia National Guard must be attached if the appointment/enlistment occurred within 60 days prior to, or during, the advertisement period. Military Grades: Enlisted Member (O1/2nd Lt - O4/Maj Commissioning Opportunity) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have experience, education, or training which demonstrates administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must you have at least 12 months of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-12 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed.

Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Experience, education or training developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations. Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others.
