About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level GS/GG-14. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1. Manages and develops comprehensive resourcing strategies across all portfolios of the Joint Counter C5ISRT team. 2.Oversees resource strategies with IC and DoD campaigns ensuring alignment to Navy priorities, effective resource management, and efficiency across all lines of effort.

3.Applies knowledge of the planning, programming, budget, execution (PPBE) process and related financial regulations to strategically oversee program activities. 4.Serves as the principal advisor to senior managers on the development and implementation of financial management policies and plans to facilitate the effective application of financial resources to achieve program objectives 5.Represents Naval Intelligence to high visibility IC and DoD communities of interest to shape and drive action plans against Navy priorities.
