SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Directing organizational operations, evaluating program effectiveness in dynamic environments, managing resources, and resolving complex administrative challenges.
2.) Providing technical oversight or leadership for Developmental Test (DT), instrumentation engineering, and weapon systems experimentation, including hands-on familiarity with instrumentation systems required to support flight test operations. 3.) Developing, implementing, and refining operational policies and processes to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable administrative laws, policies, and regulations, as well as experience acting as an advisor to senior leadership, managing high-level staff coordination, drafting official correspondence, and delivering briefings to executive stakeholders.
