About this role

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position.

Specialized experience is demonstrated experience must demonstrate ALL areas defined below: Managing large, enterprise-level information technology systems that incorporate diverse programming languages, technical resources, personnel, and active legacy systems in a mission-critical environment. Establishing and communicating technical standards and practices to development resources and management. Managing the implementation and support of new technologies serving a large user base.

Planning, analyzing, and communicating complex technology initiatives and solutions in environments where system availability, reliability, and continuity are critical to mission and business operations. Desired Skills and Experience: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with experience communicating effectively with diverse end users, divisions, and offices across the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO).

Microsoft certifications. Experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with DevSecOps practices and methodologies. Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving skills in highly visible, mission-critical environments. Experience managing projects and programs in an Agile environment.
