About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Choosing the best courses of action in support of the mission. Critically identifies and analyzes problems. Formulating objectives, setting priorities, and implements plans consistent with long-term national interests of the organization and takes into consideration the global environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals and values.

Actively encouraging and supporting enhancement of a joint perspective. Demonstrating ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues; to include, sensitive or controversial topics before a wide range of audience. Monitoring progress and evaluate outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.

Developing the competencies of others to perform and contribute to the organization by inspiring and providing a learning environment of ongoing feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods. Managing a multi-sector workforce and a variety of work situations. Ensures that employees are appropriately recruited, selected, appraised, and rewarded. Address performance-based deficiencies in a timely manner.
