About this role

FOR THE GS-14 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 grade level) that demonstrates: Developing Business, functional, technical and performance requirements and analysis in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment using SAP (Systems Applications and Products).
Deploying, supporting, and enhancing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP projects and SAP business solutions; functional knowledge of and experience with ERP SAP supply chain application capabilities. Managing systems and applying Artificial Intelligence (Al) concepts and capabilities to support integrated business processes, including machine learning, advanced analytics, forecasting, predictive analytics, and task automations.
Leading application change control and release management processes, providing input to release planning and release content to meet business needs. Managing a team, ensuring a wide range of tasks are planned, assigned, and completed, ensuring efficient operations. Note: There is no education substitution for this grade level. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
