GS-15 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-14 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-15 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the GS-0343-15 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: Specialized Experience: Must have at least one year (52 weeks) of full-time Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in federal service performing the following duties: 1.

Directing administrative activities to ensure organizational goals are met; 2. Evaluating the impact of changes in business on organizational policies and procedures; 3. Planning, directing, and evaluating the work of subordinate managers and employees; AND 4. Providing oversight of the planning, development, and implementation of various programs by applying appropriate policies, applicable laws, regulations and techniques.
