About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing the strategic execution of mission-oriented training programs across a geographically dispersed enterprise; 2) Conducting broad organizational studies to restructure workflows and eliminate functional redundancies across Echelon-level activities; 3) Forging joint partnerships with major acquisition commands (SYSCOMs), operational commanders (TYCOMs), and private industry to align system capabilities with program requirements; and 4) Providing executive-level operational oversight to senior staff and subordinate major commands to ensure global program continuity and standardized performance metrics.
