About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading and managing a team in the successful completion of complex, technically challenging projects to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency; 2) Developing and implementing strategic plans, including facilitating executive-level reviews and monitoring performance against key strategic goals and objectives; 3) Developing, communicating, and presenting complex data and analysis to senior leadership, including SES and Flag level officers, to inform decision-making and drive organizational change; and 4) Applying comprehensive knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies, data analysis techniques, and best business practices to implement innovative solutions relative to cost savings and return on investment.
