About this role

To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities - Ability to plan, organize, and direct team work and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations where the proposals involve substantial agency resources, require extensive changes in established procedures, or may conflict with the desires of the activity studied. Organizational Analysis - Planning and establishing an organizational analysis program that encompasses extremely large, difficult, and diverse projects for several major agency components.

Qualitative/Quantitative Methods - Mastery of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems.
