You must also meet the following requirement(s): To qualify for this position you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE IR-04: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level within the payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression in the Federal service that demonstrates the required managerial skills and technical competence required to perform the job.

To be qualified for this position your experience must include: Utilizing planning methods and techniques to initiate, plan, direct, and manage the functions and employees of assigned organizations. Assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments. Using a variety of software tools to monitor and support projects, teams, and/or employees; interpreting collected information to assess needs and make adjustments that support business functions.

Prioritizing multiple tasks while leading a team or project; demonstrated flexibility in responding to process and program changes. Coordinating major programs segments and/or organizational structures and/or functional responsibilities of Human Resources operations involving Position Management, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Labor Relations activities, Awards and Recognition, Training and Development, supporting one or more human resources, human capital, recruitment or organizational support programs and/or Recruitment development and the effectiveness of business units operations support program.

Experience may have been gained in a corporate Human Capital Office, Business-Based Human Resources organization, HR liaison role, or similar customer support or program management capacity. AND TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT (TACA): By the closing date (or if this is an open continuous announcement, by the cut-off date) specified in this job announcement, current civilian employees must have completed at least 90 days of federal civilian service since their latest non-temporary appointment from a competitive referral certificate, known as time after competitive appointment.
