SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery of the concepts, principles, practices and techniques of program analysis functions of Financial Development and Execution, the Civilian Pay program, the Defense Travel Program, the Purchase Card Program and Financial Accounts Management; 2) Ability to expertly plan program objectives and operations, make evaluative analyses of program effectiveness within the business planning and execution division.; 3) Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, and policies of Department of Navy, and NAVSUP and for single and multi-year financial management systems which support funds program and budget estimates in order to budget and execute all programs related to the mission of FLCJ.; 4) Expert knowledge of all aspects of the Federal budget processes in order to develop and execute single and multi-year program and budgeting plans to support the procurement and production of highly complex systems and supporting equipment.
