About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading, inspiring, and supervising large, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams, including managing personnel resources and implementing organizational policies; 2) Managing large, complex programs involving multiple disciplines, which includes developing and executing program budgets on time and within financial constraints; 3) Overseeing the system development and integration of complex technical systems; 4) Managing and executing Test and Evaluation (T&E) events, including ensuring operational safety and delivering decision-quality data to stakeholders.
